Biography

Adrian is a Florida native, born to immigrant parents from Panama and Ecuador. He has flourished musically in the immensely diverse setting of South Florida. A mixture of rhythms and harmonies unique to this ecosystem, Adrian brings in his formation the classics of the Masters, the exuberant brightness of the tropics and the romance of contemporary and modern composers. Adrian earned a Bachelor of Music in Instrumental Performance from Florida International University and currently pursues a Masters in Musical Education in the same institution. Being around his father, a Latin Grammy winning Engineer, Adrian was introduced into the business early on in life. Starting with piano, then guitar, Adrian later found his calling and love for the cello in Middle School at Westminster Christian School. He joined the orchestra in the 7th grade and hasn't stoped playing the cello since. Soon after he joined the Greater Miami Youth Symphony Orchestra and became the principal cello chair during his High School years until his graduation. Through out his education years, he has gigged all over South Florida in weddings, proposals, birthdays, recording studios, TV commercials, church events, even played for Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain in early 2026 with the FIU Chamber Orchestra. Soon after his Bachelor Graduation, he was contracted to the position of Orchestra Director for Christ Fellowship Academy of Palmetto Bay, where he is currently employed.

The latest highlight of his carrer came last year when he was given the opportunity to be part of an Album Live Recording Event for WEA recording artist Yandel in the latter part of 2025. This blend of Reageton and Symphonic Orchestra sound was an absolutely fabulous undertaking, and is now being followed by other artists. As part of the Florida International University cello section and joining with Yandel's regaeton band the Live recording took place for a full house of cheering fans. The Album "Sinfonico Live", as it was later named became Nominated to win at the 2026 Grammy Awards in the Category of "Best Música Urbana Album". As such Adrian was recognized with a Participation Certificate by the Recording Academy, which is a coveted and very hard to come by accomplishment.
